My stay at the Intercontinental Cairo Semiramis was a mix of great location and disappointing room quality. The lobby area is stunning, and the breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of options. However, the rooms felt outdated, and cleanliness was below the expected standard, especially for such a prestigious hotel brand.

I stayed in a Nile-facing room, which was supposed to be spacious, but mine was dated and even after three room changes, I still faced issues like small bathrooms and smoke odors. The bedding was comfortable, but the pillows were rock-hard. I expected better for the price.

The staff was friendly and attentive, particularly at the Nefertiti hall and restaurant where the service and food were quite good. However, it often took a while to get assistance at the front desk.

Breakfast was definitely a highlight with excellent variety and fresh options, although I found the iced water situation odd. The lounge offerings were underwhelming compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in.

The facilities were decent with room service and housekeeping, but the overall cleanliness could be improved. There were some additional amenities available, but they didn't feel up to par.

My stay at the Intercontinental Cairo Semiramis was an very nice experience, showcasing both luxury and hospitality. The rooms boasted stunning views of the Nile, complete with spacious balconies, though I did find some details in the accommodations needed attention. The staff, particularly Nevine and Reem, provided really good service that made my stay nice, but a few hiccups with room assignments and cleanliness were concerning.

I had a pleasant stay overall at the Intercontinental Cairo Semiramis, enjoying the beautiful view of the Nile and the quality of the food. However, the service experience was inconsistent, with frustrations during the check-in process. The noise from the Nile side was also an issue, especially if you prefer a quieter environment. so I would recommend asking for a city view room if that's important to you.

My stay at Intercontinental Cairo Semiramis was a mixed experience. On one hand, the hotel's central location and beautiful Nile views were undeniable perks. However, the rooms felt outdated, and I encountered several service issues that left a sour impression. Overall, while there were some highlights, the negatives significantly impacted my enjoyment.

Breakfast was better on the second day, but the offerings in the club lounge were disappointing overall. The food variety didn’t live up to expectations for a hotel of this caliber. It seemed limited compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the city.
Facilities

The hotel had some good facilities, including a nice lounge and a spa, but they were overshadowed by the issues I faced. The hotel maintained a sense of elegance, but it needs more significant attention to detail and updates.
